Four drinks for healthy weight loss and flat stomach

If you want to lose weight, you should begin to pay attention to a lot of things – especially what you drink. Sodas and instant coffee contain too much sugar and calories and will slow down the weight loss process. Juices, smoothies and other beverages are ideal for burning excess calories, melting cellulite and removal of harmful toxic substances from your body.
Although nothing will hydrate the body as plain water, we bring you a few recipes for drinks that will help speed up the metabolism, maintain satiety and prevent bloating. These beverages have multiple effects on the body, they help weight loss, remove toxins, give energy, provide a better mood, improve skin complexion and rejuvenate, raise immunity.

apple cider vinegar and honey

Apple cider vinegar and honey

2 cups water
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Mix all the ingredients and stir until honey is completely dissolved. Add to drink a few ice cubes and drink up immediately.

Green tea and lime
Green tea and lime

1 bag of green tea
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lime
Make green tea and leave it for ten minutes aside to cool. Then add the lime juice and honey. Throw in a few ice cubes and garnish with mint or thin slices of cucumber. Serve immediately.

Honey and cinnamon

Honey and cinnamon

1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of honey
Boil the water, add cinnamon and cover for half hour. After add the honey.  Drink half a cup at bedtime, the other half cover and leave in the refrigerator.  In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink the other half cold drink.

Water with parsley and lemon

(2 oz or 60 grams) of parsley
1 lemon
1 (cup or 250 ml) of water
Chop the parsley. Squeeze lemon juice over the parsley, add water and stir. Drink this water five mornings in a row on an empty stomach. It is advisable to not skip a single day, and after the fifth day make a pause for at least 10 days.
