We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but also it is a meal that is usually skipped. It’s no secret why. The working day for everyone starts early and busy and everyone cannot get up so early to prepare and eat breakfast. So we prepared a couple of ideas for breakfast that is easy and fast to prepare and they are really tasty to eat.
All it takes is a little preparation at night: before going to bed, sink and mix the basic ingredients in a bowl and leave overnight. In the morning when you wake up, you will have a healthy breakfast!
Here are five ideas how to prepare easy and healthy breakfast for those busy mornings, and with a little imagination, you can even experiment yourself.

The basis for each recipe is the same:

  • 1/3 cup of oats
  • tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup milk (to taste) and
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt breakfast

Oats with bananas and walnuts
This is a great combination that will give you energy for a delightful start to the day. To the base add:

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 3 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 handful of nuts (and maybe some other nuts)

Oats with blueberries and lemon
This is a fantastic combination to start the day because it raises the level of energy and gives a feeling of lightness. To the base add:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • A handful of fresh blueberries
  • A little grated lemon peel

Oats with strawberry and chocolate
Always the perfect combination of sweet we all love. Prepare a delicious breakfast in the following manner. The base add:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • Chopped fresh strawberries
  • A little grated dark chocolate

Oats with carrots and almonds
In our opinion, this is one very interesting combination of flavors. The base is the same, but still, you need:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon grated carrots (about one to two small carrots)
  • a handful of almonds or walnuts

Oats with pineapple and almonds
This combination will surprise how good it tastes, and believe it will knock your socks off! To the base add:

  • 2 teaspoons chopped almonds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon coconut granola breakfast
