3 Detox Blackberry Juice Recipes For Healthy Body
Blackberries are several types of wild plants from the family of roses that bloom from June to August.

Simple juice of blackberries
2 cups blackberries, 100 ml. or (3.5oz) water
In a bowl, heat the water and berries to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer, stirring occasionally until the berries become soft.5 minutes should be enough. Remove the pan from the heat, and then mix the blackberries with a fork until you let all the juice out.
Squeeze the mixture through a wire strainer; wait until the drink cools and dink immediately. For the healthiest option, do not add any sugar, better solution is to add 1tablespoon of honey.
Refreshing juice for detoxification
2 cups blackberries, 1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 1 stick of celery
Apple, cucumber and celery cut into smaller pieces, add berries and blend all the ingredients in a blender. Leave the peel on the apple and cucumber because it parts the richest healthy ingredients, but wash it well. Add a little water if you wish.

Elixir of blackberries and beetroot
2 cups blackberries, 1 beet, 1 apple, 1 cm chopped ginger root, 100 ml. or (3.5oz) water
Grate the ginger and leave it for 5 minutes in boiled water. Meanwhile, in a blender mix the berries, peeled and chopped beet and apple. Add on-squeezed juice of ginger and stir. If desired, add ice.
This drink is rich in vitamin A, magnesium and calcium from beets and apples, has a high concentration of potassium from ginger, making it the elixir of health.
