Ginger, honey and lemon – Tea Recipe
Ginger is rich in essential oils, potassium, manganese, copper, magnesium and vitamin B, and in combination with honey and lemon gives our body the right “energy bomb”. When buying honey, it is better to look for organic because they are very significant differences in quality, which is very important. Ginger tea, honey and lemon
Ingredients:
1 liter or (34 fluid oz.) of water, ginger root, about 5 cm in length
Preparation:
Ginger – Wash and clean, then chop into small cubes or grate.
Boil the water and insert it in the prepared ginger.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the pieces of ginger.
Allow the tea to cool slightly, add in the honey and lemon to taste.
Ginger tea can be drunk while it is still warm or you can put it in the fridge add a little ice cubes and drink it as ice tea.
Ginger, honey and lemon remedy
Ingredients:
300 grams or (10.5 oz.) of honey and 3 lemons and ginger to taste, depending on how much you like the taste of ginger.
Preparation:
Lemons -Remove the lemon peel, slice it and take out the seeds.
Ginger – Wash and peel, then grate and squeeze the juice.
Add all ingredients in a blender, mix well, and then store in a glass jar. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons a day, diluted in water or independently.
