  • Half of celery
  • 3-4 tangerines
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • a little ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Peel the celery and wash the fruit. Chop all ingredients into cubes and place in a blender.
  2. Add a glass of water, olive oil and a little ginger. Mix in a blender until you get a nice mixture.
  3. Optionally add a glass of water if you want liter mixture. From this mixture you should get a liter thick juice.
