MILK + BERRIES +MIXED SEEDS
If you are in a hurry ideal meal for you is fruit yogurt, and it is very easy to make. In ½ cup (120g) of plain yogurt, add ½ cup (120g) of berries which are rich in antioxidant and sprinkle with a 5 teaspoons of mixture of various seeds.
EGGS + RYE BREAD + AVOCADO
If you want a meal with a low glycemic index then this combination is perfect. You need one slice of rye bread, one mashed avocado and 1 poached egg. Spread the avocado over the bread and on top put the poached egg, tasty and delicious.
OATS + MILK + ALMONDS
Oatmeal is rich in fiber, it protects the heart and lowers cholesterol, and if you make it with milk that is an excellent source of protein and add almonds that contain healthy fat, the mix will be complete. All you need is 1/5 cup (50 g) of oats, glass of milk and 2 teaspoons of chopped almonds.
SMOKED SALMON + SPINACH + OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids, but if you mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a 2 handful of steamed spinach and add a few slices of salmon you will get a nutritionally well balanced meal.
EGGS + SPINACH + AVOCADO
Steam the spinach about 1 cup, add one scrambled egg and briefly simmer over low heat until the egg is baked. Add spices to taste. And to balance the meals at the end add one chopped avocado. The meal is easy to make and a joy to eat, especially in the morning.
