Peach and Mint Iced Tea Drink Recipe
Having a cold glass of peach and iced tea in a summer is heavenly refreshing experience.
- 3 peaches
- 200 ml or (14 fl. oz) of water
- 2 green tea bags
- vanilla sugar
- a piece fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- a few mint leaves
- Peel the peaches and remove the seeds, then chop it in a blender to get a thick juice. Put the water to boil.
- When it boils add the ginger, tea and mint. After 2-3 minutes, drain the water and add the vanilla sugar.
- When the tea has cooled add honey and juice from peaches. Mix and place in the refrigerator.
