- Half of celery
- 3-4 tangerines
- 1 lemon
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- a little ginger
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Peel the celery and wash the fruit. Chop all ingredients into cubes and place in a blender.
- Add a glass of water, olive oil and a little ginger. Mix in a blender until you get a nice mixture.
- Optionally add a glass of water if you want liter mixture. From this mixture you should get a liter thick juice.
