Ingredients:
2 cups blackberries, 100 ml. or (3.5oz) water
Preparation:
In a bowl, heat the water and berries to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer, stirring occasionally until the berries become soft.5 minutes should be enough. Remove the pan from the heat, and then mix the blackberries with a fork until you let all the juice out.

2 cups blackberries, 1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 1 stick of celery
